Environment

PlantSeg is available in the plantseg environment.

To activate the environment, pre-fix your commands with:

pixi run -e plantseg YOUR_COMMAND

Available Tasks

Start PlantSeg GUI

Launch the PlantSeg graphical user interface:

pixi run plantseg-gui
