Environment

Convpaint is available in the convpaint environment.

To activate the environment, pre-fix your commands with:

pixi run -e convpaint YOUR_COMMAND

Start Convpaint As Napari Plugin

Launch the Convpaint graphical user interface:

pixi run convpaint
